Headshots and Portfolios – Schedule a Photography Session In the clermont/minneola studio
Studio sessions in the Minneola, FL studio may be booked online below. Just choose the option that best suits your needs and you’ll be able to find times that work for both of us. If you can’t find a time, or have a specific need in mind, send me a message, and let’s see if we can make it work.
When you book a photography session, you will be redirected to pay the Session Retainer (aka “Deposit”) or pay the full amount at the time of booking. The retainer is reserved in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show and will be automatically credited toward your final invoice (if not paid at booking). After booking, as you have reserved time in the studio for you, in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show the Session Retainer is non-refundable.
Pricing guidelines are shown on the Pricing page. Finally, you’ll sign an Image Release to complete your booking.
Headshots and portfolios – scheduling a photography session at another location
If you’d like to book time with me for headshots or portfolio work outside of the studio, please schedule a free Photography Consultation session with me so we can go over details and I can provide a quote (pricing in the scheduler below is valid for in-studio work only.)
Event booking
Brian can also handle events for you or your business. Typically (but not always) these are in the Orlando, Miami, or Tampa areas. For events, and sessions outside the studio, please choose the Photography Consultation option. That will book a time for both of us to discuss your project and project retainer, and schedule accordingly.
Accessibility note: The Minneola studio is situated on the second floor with traditional stair access. An elevator is not available. Should you need accommodations, please mention that during your consultation so that we may prepare an alternate location.
